Welcome Jonathan from the Welsh Blogosphere’s representative from the great State of Kansas. I was very much interested to read your piece on Cardiff having a directly elected mayor. A subject quite close to my heart, mainly due to living in two large US cities that have them (Denver and LA). However I did try to contact you through Twitter (which I believe is useless ). Is there a petition in Cardiff to initiate the referendum necessary for the change?
